FAQ
Straight answers.
What does Island Intel actually sell?
Results, not widgets. You are buying recovered calls, faster follow-up, a CRM that stays current, and fewer repetitive questions hitting staff. Voice agents, automations, and dashboards are how we get there — they are not the product.
Who is this for?
Owner-operated companies that live on the phone and the calendar — tours and charters, home services, clinics, rentals, and local shops. If a missed call or a late follow-up costs you money, we should talk.
Do you replace my employees?
No. The system takes first response, after-hours coverage, and repetitive questions. Your people keep the guests, the judgment calls, and the brand.
What does the free audit include?
Thirty minutes. Tyre looks at how inquiries come in, what happens when nobody answers, how follow-up works today, and where a system would actually save time. You leave with a specific read — not a generic demo.
How is this priced?
Development and implementation are $85/hour. Custom systems include a one-time internal-use technology license starting at $1,000. Optional managed support starts at $149/month. You get a written scope and estimate before work starts. The full breakdown is on the Pricing page. The audit is free.
What tools do you use?
Whatever fits the job. Many client systems run on GoHighLevel plus voice, SMS, and workflow automation. If you already have a CRM or booking tool, we build around it instead of ripping it out.
How fast can something go live?
A focused voice + missed-call + follow-up layer can be in the wild in days, not months — if you can share FAQs, booking links, and who should get handoffs. Custom ops work follows the bottleneck we find in the audit.
Is my customer data safe?
We only collect what is needed to run the system. Forms are rate-limited and filtered. Client knowledge stays in that client’s workspace. See the Security and Privacy pages for how the website and intake are protected.
I am not in Hawaiʻi. Can we still work together?
Yes. The company is based in Honolulu and the first case study is local, but the work is remote-friendly. If your phones and tools are online, we can install the layer.
